We offer indoor storage or outdoor uncovered storage.  It is your choice.

We park all vehicles and bring them up to the pickup area when you notify us that you want to take your vehicle out.  The pickup area is accessible 24/7 via your pincode so you can pickup or dropoff  your vehicle any time day or night.

Yes, you can access your vehicle at any time using your pincode to enter the facility.  Remember to smile though, because you will be monitored on our CCTV when on the premises.
Note the difference between "Access" and "Pickup".  To pickup your vehicle we do need to be notified beforehand to have it at the pickup area.

• Access.  You can access the vehicle at any time.  That means going to the vehicle to, for example, stock it before a trip or clean after a trip but not actually move the vehicle.  
• Pickup.  Picking up a vehicle means actually taking it out.  For this we need to be notified using this form which must be completed by 9am the day prior.  This allows us time to move the vehicle to the pickup area for you.

We offer storage based on your needs.  It can be for a fixed term or on a month by month renewable terms.  Minimum fee is equal to one month of strage for your vehicle.

We believe that you should only pay for what you use.  Out storage rates are calculated on the total length of your vehicle.  Smaller vehicles pay less because they use less floor space.

We accept any motor vehicles.  That includes cars, motorbikes, motor homes and trucks.  We also store trailable vehicles like boats, jetskis, caravans, campers and trailers.  We don't accept 5th wheelers or motor vehicles that are not driveable (we need to be able to park them).

Our Jacobs Well facility is above past flood levels.  We even survived Hurricane Alfred in 2025.

Our experienced staff will park your caravan so all you need to do is unhook your caravan and drive away.  We valet park all vehicles so no one has the risk of a inexperinced caravan or boat owner trying to reverse alongside their vehicle.
